Working within critical studies of technology, my current work blends qualitative methods with power-sensitive analysis in order to identify and elevate the tactics that communities use to engage with AI systems in their social worlds.
As I was to begin a postdoctoral fellowship with the Media, Inequality, and Change Center at the University of Pennsylvania, the role was ended due to funding cuts at the NEH by the US Federal administration in the Summer of 2025.
